Job Description
The Baker position involves preparing and baking a wide range of products, including bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods. Your Role
- Measure and mix ingredients to form dough or batter
- Following recipes and production schedules
- Safely operate and maintain baking equipment
- Shape and mold dough to create different types of bread and pastry products
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure proper cooking
- Decorate and finish baked goods including icing, glazing, and adding toppings
- Keep workstations clean and organized
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules and production needs
- Stay informed about industry trends and continuously strive to improve baking techniques

What’s required of you
- Proven experience as a Baker in a commercial bakery setting
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredient measurements, and recipe scaling
